I took it back to this location thinking they would do the same thing for me. However this location was not as helpful and I was told that I was beyond the 30 day return time, which I knew nothing about. The sales clerk was very helpful with talking to me and then called someone on a wireless device and spoke with her. She then told me that the manager wasn't willing to help me out because of the time of my purchase. The manager didn't speak with me it was done by way of wireless device to the employee I was speaking with.
Love TJMaxx, and the only complaint, need to have more selection in womens size, plus more dress selections. However, great for holiday decorating. Love it!
I don't go to this store often enough that it would affect their sales if I don't return. They sold me a piece of luggage that was defective probably with someone working there knowing that and wouldn't offer to even exchange it for something that wasn't defective.
Lots to choose from. Good deals. Friendly staff. If you see something you like you better get it or it will be gone or moved next time.
I love TJMaxx!! I find things in the store that I can't find anywhere else. I even love to just walk around and look !!
If you take the time to look, you can find some good deals. Not great if you're looking for big & tall men's sizes.
I purchased two pieces of luggage from T.J. Maxx in Riverdale. I got to Florida and the handle of the largest piece fell apart. It looked like it had been put back together before and I didn't know about at the time of my purchase. I took it to TJ Maxx in Florida and they were willing to trade it for a different piece that they had but it wasn't the same brand. I declined their offer and they were very kind about it.
