I started ordering on line because of that very reason with a different very same reason. I will say it's was not Animal Park!
I bought a harness that they recommended, it chafed my dog and rubbed him raw. The store was unwilling to return or exchange the item.
Love the knowledge the employees have, but they always seem to be out of the Acana Free Run- The last 4 times I have went to pick it up they have been out unfortunately causing me to get the more expensive one. She always says the ordering got messed up, so now I have to order online due to the inconsistency.
Very helpful employees. Seem to be knowledgeable about things we needed help with. Small store, but carry items for our pets we need and can't find else where.
I LOVE this place!!! Everyone is so nice and educated. I learned a lot here and my dogs are doing a lot better since switching their food!
My dog has bad allergies and I don't know if it's environmental or food, so we're starting with food. I really need excited when I found this place, but here's the think, if they are out of the product you want go directly on line and order from them they also have discounts for first time buyers and shipping is free if you spend over $50.00.
