First to start off, they called me and told me they were out of cheese. Seriously, how does an italian place run out of cheese! They messed up my to go order, and when I asked to come right back in and grab the missing items, the girl told me NO! She said they would be getting ready to close. She did offer to let me call back during lunch the next day to speak with a manager. What a freaking joke! So not only was my order wrong and missing items, I also had already paid for the missing items!!! And the food we did receive was COLD. I won't be going back. And I still have yet to receive my money back for the missing items. Terrible customer service!
I haven't been back to Olive Garden in quite a while because their food seemed mediocre. Meaning I could take their food home, fix it up and make it even better. Recently, I took my mom to lunch for her birthday (her choice). The food was fast, hot, and very tasty. I guess they've been making some improvements.
Friendly staff with good food (though the fish leaves a little to be desired. go figure). Food came fast, even though the place was very full. Decent pricing. Worth checking to see if they have coupons floating around online.
I love coming here! We almost always have a great server and get our food (soup/salad and bread sticks) within 10 minutes of sitting down. Totally worth the wait if you come during a busy hour.
Took them 20 minutes to realize no one had served us. Jessica came over who was by far the most pleasant part of the experience and said she'd seen us wait awhile. Took the drink order and the meal order. Blender was broken so no frozen drinks? Really not one blender in the whole restaurant? Bread sticks weren't made so took another 15 minutes to get those. Carly was our waitress introduced herself and left with no apology. 3rd person delivered food and left. Carly said maybe 3 sentences to us all night. In house survey allows 5 sentences to describe experience which is not enough for honest feed back. Wasted 50 dollars.
