We love the speedy bear. The noodles are good with all entrees. Everything is always fresh and if something doesn't look like it was just cooked or they are getting low on it they usually offer to cook more. They even give you samples so you don't end up getting something you don't like. Highly recommended the bear.
I placed an order online and went to the designated online pick up. There was a lady in front of me and a lady behind me. The associate took care of the lady in front of me. But then skipped to the lady behind me and attended to her first. Now this is the second time I have been to this restaurant and had to wait forever because the associates would rather take care of another person than take care of me and I am incredibly frustrated at this lack of customer service
I went to panda today on riverdale in Ogden, and they forgot to give me my fortune cookies. They also forgot to give me one of my sides of meat, I got it to go so I was already home by the time I noticed. I warn everyone who goes there to always check what they give you! Or they might be scamming you! Also the green bean chicken tasted really fatty and flavorless with very shriveled beans. I do not suggest trying it.
Always seem to have to wait for things to be cooked, never have what I want to eat, without waiting for it, even during the slow periods.
It is very simple just great service, nice smiling people and food as expected.
