I have always bought my shoes at famous footwear. I always wait for the sales to get my kids shoes and thought this place the place to go. I sent my son to pick up some shoes for work but it turns out he can't wear them. I decided to return them. He wore them for about 2 minutes in the house. When I returned them the worker there said no to the return because the bottoms had some slight marking on them. I was given the choice of some store credit. I walked out with the shoes. I feel like good customer service goes much further than not accepting a return. I will spread the word about returns here.
